Malcolm D. Gibson, Attorney
Malcolm D. Gibson (Mack) is a native Houstonian and President of the law firm of M.D. Gibson & Associates, P.C., Attorneys at Law. A graduate of Southern Methodist University School of Law, Mr. Gibson was admitted to practice in the State of Texas in 1973. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Gibson is a member of the State Bar of Texas and also licensed to practice in all Fifth Circuit Federal Courts. He is a member of the Real Estate Law Section of the Houston Bar Association and serves on a number of volunteer boards including the Houston West Chamber of Commerce, the Commercial Real Estate Network, and the Houston Mortgage Bankers Association. Mr. Gibson is a frequent speaker and author in the field of real estate law and a newspaper columnist.
John Bolen, Attorney
John Bolen is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin (90) and the University Of Houston School Of Law (93). Mr. Bolen represents banks and other financial institutions in all aspect of commercial lending with an emphasis on real estate secured lending. In addition, Mr. Bolen practices other aspects of real estate law including foreclosure, lease negotiations, and acquisitions. He also represents several small businesses with their general business needs. Mr. Bolen is a member of several civic and professional associations
Brandon Collins, Attorney
Brandon Collins is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center. He has practiced in the field of real estate law since graduation from law school and is a member of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Collins is also a member of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law section of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Collins’ practice focuses primarily on residential and commercial real estate transactions, corporate compliance matters concerning mortgage lenders, foreclosures and real estate related litigation.
Renee Wells, Real Estate Lending Manager
Renee Wells began her career with Texas real estate transactions in 1976 in the Texas Land Title industry before becoming a part of the legal aspect of our industry in 1982. Ms. Wells currently manages the firm’s Residential Mortgage Lending department which oversees the review, preparation and fulfillment services for our various mortgage Brokers and Correspondent clients on behalf of numerous investors.
