Document Review

Our Review Service Option is outlined as follows:

  • Forward to us by e-mail, or other electronic medium:  the Note, Deed of Trust, any Riders and/or addendums, Loan Approval or UW Summary, Title Commitment, and 1003 Loan Application
  • 1003 will be used to confirm marital status only
  • Loan Approval will be used to confirm loan program and terms
  • Title Commitment will be used to confirm owner vesting,  legal description, HOA Lien, and existing Schedule C Liens for refinance transactions
  • We will then provide a written response within two (2) hours via email
  • If the documents Lender has provided are correct and ready for release, we will then prepare and provide the Attorney Legal Disclosure, Warranty Deed in applicable, R&E Rider if applicable, and our Invoice for the Review Service

We stand behind all work provided by our firm and carry a $2,000,000.00 Errors and Omissions insurance policy, a copy of which will be provided at your request.

We currently do not require our clients to sign Agreements as we take full responsibility for the services we provide and work with our clients to clear any issue that may arise in the course of the transaction whether it is a closing issue or an investor issue.
