The goal of M.D. Gibson & Associates is to provide to our clients throughout the year the best level of loan documentation and closing service available in the mortgage industry. To help accomplish this goal, particularly during periods of high volume, we have developed the following guidelines for clients requesting services from our firm.

  

I. OBJECTIVES. To implement a documentation and closing system which (i) allows our clients the maximum flexibility in scheduling loan closings, and (ii) provides our staff with adequate time and information to correctly document, close and fund such loans. Under the following guidelines, our clients will be able to select a closing date of their choice and be assured that loan documents will be ready (and closing and funding services completed, if applicable) by that date, provided all information required to complete our work is delivered to us in accordance with the guidelines set forth below.
